We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (m/f) in our People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team in the Rabat Customer Service (CS) location.

The HR Business Partner is a full-time role primarily responsible and accountable for providing an operational, value-add and best in class Human Resources (HR) service to the Virtual and the Rabat based Customer Support teams as well as driving and implementing strategic HR programs and initiatives. The HR Business Partner reports into the HR Manager of the site.


Key job responsibilities
• Support operations for any HR related topic, ensuring a full adherence and compliance with the HR policies and Moroccan regulations
• Act as a consultant to the Amazon Management Team and provide input on the HR implications of business decisions and plans
• Drive key HR projects in people development, performance, employee engagement, recruiting & staffing
• Focus on continuous improvement for HR processes and structures, and share best practice with other stakeholders
• Implement initiatives to drive and maintain a culture of excellent employee relations and communications to build up a "Great Place to work"
• Coach and mentor leaders within the Customer Service organization
• Collaborate with HR Partners from Amazon Employee Services, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit teams

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelors' degree in business, HR, or related field is required
• Experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced distribution or manufacturing environment
• Fluent English, Arabic and French skills are essential
• Solid knowledge of HR processes and practices
• Very good expertise in Moroccan labor law - Experience in applying labor legislation
• Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems
• Ability to use analytical and experiential data for decision making
• Influencing skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Experience in an international environment
• Experience with large scale workforce management
• Project management experience with remote stakeholders
