SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST

 

Role Summary:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent

At least 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce or related site

At least 2 years of experience in software or technical support

Has in-depth knowledge in project management softwares such as Jira, Asana, and Trello

Has excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Has ability to understand technical problems and deliver solutions

Has excellent communication skills both oral and written

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain software solutions used within the company

Perform integrity checks/reports between the different software solutions within the company

Install and configure software and computer systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software.

Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.

Maintain procedures, records and reports.

Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.

Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.

Test and evaluate new software based technology for the business
