Creating strategic content for the company's LinkedIn and Facebook account
- Creating organic online presence of the companyon LinkedIn and Facebook
- Build organic followers on LinkedIn and Facebook
- 4-6 posts a week Facebook
- 2-3 posts a week Linkedin (internal updates, BPO news, client reviews)
- Community Management activities to increase the company's brand's reach by engaging with relevant profiles and online communities in the industry to promote lead generation, social listening, and building important connections.
- Researching potential page followers, industry thought leaders, active online groups, and other profiles related to the business,
- Creating initial contact with clients and establishing a connection
- Keeping up-to-date with topics that are trending among the industry's communities to support business decisions
- Monitoring the company's profile's engagement performance
- Consistently replying to comments, messages, and questions on all of the company's social media channels
- Sharing the company's profile's content to online communities.
**Requirements**:
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations; or, in place of a degree, an equivalent qualification or comparable experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience as a digital media specialist or in social media marketing
- Strong communication, writing, editing (photo/video/text), and consulting abilities
- Proven expertise in social networking and social analytics technologies
- Sufficient expertise in site development, CRO, and SEO
- An awareness of main marketing channels as well as online marketing
- Positivity, attention to detail, and customer service skills, as well as strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficient English
- Developing and implementing a social media strategy through market and competitor research.
- Establishing and improving corporate pages on each social media network.
- Stable internet connection and own laptop computer device
