A Marketing Specialist keeps their eyes on marketing trends and works with companies to create online and offline advertising campaigns for branding or product launches, pricing strategies based on demographic data and targeting specific customer demographics.Tasks and Responsibilities:1. Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email,communication APP, SMS, social media, or digital campaigns, and events2. Collaborate with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategicmarketing initiatives3. Develop and create marketing materials, such as sales and product collateral,and ensure brand guidelines are met4. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across differentmediums5. Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing programs forboth online and offline6. Creating content, including text posts, video and images for our websites,other marketing platforms, external agencies websites and offline venues7. Undertaking competitor research and analyses8. Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers throughappropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional)9. Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts10. Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results,conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketingstrategies and campaigns11. Performing other duties when neededII - Job Qualification1. Min school Diploma, or bachelor degree in marketing, communications, orequivalent2. Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills in English3. Experience using analytics software4. Up to date with the latest digital technologies, offline media and social mediatrends with a command of each network and their best practices5. Creative thinker6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and CMS software7. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus8. Highly organized and detail oriented9. Must be willing to work in shifting schedules10.
