Marketing Manager

QUALIFICATIONS: - With 3 years and up of work experience. - BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant degree. - Must be willing to travel to different provinces. - Willing to start immediately in Angeles City,RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budget for the Marketing Division and submit report to Operations Manager. - Ensure that brand message is strong and consistent across all marketing efforts (events, email campaigns and promotional material). - Suggest the best marketing techniques for social media and other media digital campaigns. - Build marketing plans for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns. - Coordinate with leasing division to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction. - Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and adjusting the marketing plan.SALRY RANGE: 50K - 60KBenefits: Government Mandated benefits, HMO and Communication AllowanceWORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
