Key Responsibilities:
? Video Production: Conceptualize, film, and edit video content for various platforms
including TikTok, social media, websites, and internal communications.
? Content Development: Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to
develop video content strategies that support business objectives and engage target
audiences.
? Storyboarding and Scripting: Create detailed storyboards and scripts for video projects,
ensuring content is compelling and on-brand.
? Editing and Post-Production: Utilize editing software to assemble footage, add music,
sound effects, and graphics to enhance the visual and auditory experience.
? TikTok Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in filming and editing content specifically
for TikTok, understanding its unique format and audience.
? Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content is consistent with the company's brand
identity, messaging, and marketing goals.
? Project Management: Manage video projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they
are completed on time and within budget.
? Equipment Management: Maintain and operate video production equipment, including
cameras, lighting, microphones, and editing software.
? Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of video content.
Provide reports on viewership, engagement, and effectiveness.
? Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in video
production and content creation.
? Live Selling Experience: Utilize skills in live selling to create engaging and persuasive
live video content for marketing and sales purposes.
Qualifications:
? Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
? With minimum of 3 yrs experience in managing social media platforms
? Proven experience in video production, including filming and editing.
? Strong proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,
and other popular editing tools).
? Experience with creating and editing video content on TikTok.
? Creative storytelling and scriptwriting skills.
? Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
? Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
