"The Social Media Assistant will be responsible for supporting our client's social media efforts across various platforms.
Responsibilities: Content Creation:
1. Generate engaging and visually appealing content for our client's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Create graphics, photos, videos, and other multimedia content to promote our client's products and brand image.
2. Social Media Management:
Coordinate and manage our client's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages promptly.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends and implement innovative strategies to increase our client's online presence and engagement.
3. Community Engagement:
Foster a sense of community among our client's social media followers by initiating conversations, asking questions, and encouraging user-generated content.
Interact with followers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, feedback, and concerns effectively.
4. Influencer Outreach and Collaboration:
Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and bloggers in the fashion and lifestyle niche.
Coordinate influencer partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, and collaboration on sponsored content or brand promotions.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics.
Compile regular reports on social media performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize our client's social media strategy.
6. Campaign Coordination:
Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media campaigns and promotions, aligning with our client's marketing objectives and seasonal promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure that social media content accurately reflects the latest product offerings, promotions, and initiatives.
7. Content Calendar Management:
Develop and maintain a content calendar for our client's social media channels, ensuring consistent posting and alignment with brand messaging and promotional activities.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., product development, sales) to incorporate relevant content and updates into the social media schedule.
8. Trend Research and Ideation:
Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging social media platforms to inform our client's social media content strategy.
Brainstorm creative ideas for social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to engage our client's target audience and drive brand awareness.
9. Ad Campaign Support:
Assist in the creation and optimization of social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
Monitor ad performance, adjust targeting parameters, and allocate budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
10. Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management:
Monitor online conversations and mentions of our client across social media platforms, addressing any negative feedback or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Uph our client's brand reputation by ensuring all social media content and interactions reflect the brand's values and standards.
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience as a Social Media Assistant or similar role is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging content
Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
