Event Coordinator

Work with the product & client-facing teams and write development specifications based on overall vision and client requirements
Manage development teams to ensure on specifications & on time delivery of requirements
Manage customer support to ensure client concerns are properly addressed
Executes BTL Projects, production of events, activations, and brand promotions through planning, implementation, and control.
Coordinates and negotiates with partners, vendors, talents, and suppliers
Sources out effective and reliable quality suppliers and talents
Handles project budget and timetable management
Conducts pre-production planning, post-production/post mortem and logistics preparation
Handles event proper execution & post-project servicing
Overall team play and collaboration within Sales and Marketing/Project Team/Production
Administrative assistance to Project Managers
