Scout, negotiates, and documents all potential gasoline station sitesSecures and attends to all local and or provincial government permit in relation to the consent and approval of the proposed gasoline station.Conducts initial site assessment for both station sales potential and land ownership of the identified station.Completes the site folder checklist for endorsement and approvalPerforms other duties that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Graduate of any Business related courseWith at least 1 year related work experienceGood interpersonal and communication skills both oral and writtenWith good negotiation and presentation skillsCan drive both manual and automaticWilling to travel2 vacant positions available : (1) for Northwest Luzon & (1) for South LuzonCan start immediately
