The Role: Services Support Associate
The Services Support Associate will be primarily responsible for attending to service now support tickets regarding skill upload and competency tool management.
He/she will also help in the administration of Tableau access.
The analyst will be working within a highly productive and experienced team of Business Analysts supporting Services.
What will you do? (fill in - the job responsibilities, day to day of the job)
· Attend to Service Now tickets concerning managing skill referential, assessing employee skill, certifying employee training.
· Create FSB work orders as needed.
· Be the Tableau access administrator.
Qualifications Who would be successful? · Bachelor's Degree
· At least 1 year working experience.
Experience in SQL is desired but not required. · Must have the ability to effectively interface with the internal team as well as all cross functional teams relevant to data reporting.
