Service Technician

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or Tech-Vocational in a relevant field (such as Electronics, project design, or a related field)
• Experience in a technical support role, preferably in an after-sales capacity
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in person
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our products
• Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers in resolving technical issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
• Provide feedback to the management team on product performance and customer feedback
• Participate in the development of technical support materials such as user manuals, training materials, and troubleshooting guides
