Service Technician

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Setup:
*Install, set up, and test hot and cold equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, water heaters, etc.) at customer locations.
*Conduct system testing and provide user training on how to operate the equipment.

Maintenance & Inspections:
*Perform routine maintenance and inspections of hot and cold equipment, including checking for leaks, wear, or faulty components.
*Clean, lubricate, and replace filters, coils, and other essential components to maintain system efficiency.
*Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.

Troubleshooting & Repairs:
*Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, or refrigerant issues in hot and cold equipment.
*Replace defective components such as compressors, fans, thermostats, and valves.
*Address system malfunctions and offer efficient solutions to restore functionality.

Customer Service & Communication:
*Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and provide service updates.
*Educate customers on preventive maintenance and how to extend the lifespan of their equipment.
*Provide cost estimates and explain the repairs or services needed.

Record Keeping & Documentation:
*Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service.
*Complete service reports, time sheets, and other required documentation in a timely manner.

Compliance & Safety:
*Adhere to all local, state, and federal safety regulations and environmental guidelines while working with refrigeration, heating, and cooling systems.
*Follow proper handling procedures for refrigerants and other hazardous materials.

Job Qualifications:

*With Technical Certification from Tesda for HVAC refrigeration, or a related field preferred.
*Open for Fresh Graduate (Vocational)
*Proven experience in servicing hot and cold equipment (HVAC, refrigeration, water heaters, etc.) is a plus.
*Knowledge of heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems, including their components and functioning.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
*Familiarity with safety protocols and industry regulations.
*Ability to interact with customers professionally.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am - 10am

Work Location: Makati City


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
