Junior Building Engineer

Overseeing, controlling and planning the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the assigned property/ies, building facilities and equipment. He/She shall design and implement strategies, methods and policies effective in meeting the needs and requirements of clients. He/She shall be responsible in identifying renewal needs of the Building and be able to meet the financial objectives of the company.
A. Building Administration
Ensures that all Building System including mechanical, electrical plumbing, ventilation, and sanitary are functioning properly and effectively.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the building including hiring service providers, scheduling maintenance work and responding to tenant concerns.
Identify renewal needs of the building, coordinate with specialty contractors, third party service provider for repairs and maintenance work and responding to tenant concerns.
B. Tenant Relations (Air con fees, Lifter Maintenance, Tenant WO)
Ensure that all Air con Units are serviced at least Semi-Annually and Service reports are acknowledged by the Business Units.
Procurement of spare parts or third-party services for the AC Units for repair and charging the corresponding costs to Business Unit.
Prepare cost proposals for Special work orders and secure approval from the Business Units.
