QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate of any automotive engineering, business administration or related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as service manager with an automotive dealership preferred
• Experience working on multiple projects and managing teams is required
• Must be detail-oriented to ensure quality customer service while maintaining high standards of accuracy
• Ability to develop professional relationships with customers and team members
• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Must know how to drive and with valid professional driver's license
