Conducting New Hire Onboarding and Company Orientation2-2. Ensuring the completeness of all (PER) Pre-Employment Requirements checklists & Manage 201 Files2-3. Coordinates with IT and ADMIN Department for the Logistics of all Asset/Equipment/ Company Email Requests2-4. Ensuring the completeness of Employees Master File2-5. Assist and Facilitate Evaluations, Regularizations, Transfers & Promotions, Training, Employee-Employer Concerns, Show-cause memos, NTE, Admin Hearings, Labor Relations Concerns, Drafting Announcements2-6. Assist and Facilitate in the concepts and contents of Company Events & Meetings, Conduct team camaraderie for approval.2-7. Conduct Regular Check-ins with Employees2-8. Prepare Employee Relations Report 3. COMPENSATIONS & BENEFITS3-1. Check Payroll and pay slips & Prepare Transfers to employees.3-2.
