Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong professional relationships.Manage communication between customers, the service team, and company management for inquiries.Coordinate with the main office to address inquiries and support branch needs.Develop and implement maintenance procedures for heavy equipment and vehicles.Diagnose technical issues and determine the best solutions to resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively.Provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for company products or equipment at customer locations or branch sites.Supervise the mechanical maintenance team in equipment repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.Ensure that all equipment meets company standards and is safe and operational before and after servicing.Offer technical guidance and training to customers, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.Oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory levels, and liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to coordinate inbound orders.Conduct quality and safety checks on equipment, maintain stock levels, and reorder materials as necessary.Keep the warehouse well-organized, with efficient storage practices to make stock retrieval and tracking easy and quick.Maintain records of inventory levels, movements, and transactions in accordance with company protocols.Ensure the warehouse environment is kept safe, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring that all functions run smoothly, and support teams to deliver excellent service to customers.Handle documentation and permits required for branch operations.Offer product recommendations, address customer queries, and keep clients informed on new product features.Collaborate with the logistics team to guarantee timely deliveries and facilitate the purchase order process.Document maintenance activities, maintain records, and ensure all resources are used effectively.Update the ERP system with delivery timelines and lead times, and communicate supply needs with relevant departments.Prepare and submit regular reports on branch activities, equipment maintenance, and other operational activities for management review.Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training or workshops to enhance skills.Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company health, safety, and environmental protocols.Perform other functions as assigned by direct heads.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) preferred, or relevant technical certification.Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical service or engineering role; experience in warehousing or branch operations is a plus.Strong troubleshooting skills, inventory management experience, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills.Relevant certifications in safety or equipment handling may be required.Ability to lift and move heavy equipment or stock, as required in warehouse tasks.Ability to travel to customer sites for on-site services as needed.
