SME for RTR benchmarks and leading practicesProject Manager / SME for deployment/ assessment of new and existing tools and technologiesPerform capacity planning to understand potential gaps in team staffingOTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation ShiftProject Rest Day: Rotation OffProject/Team Location: Mandaluyong Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: At least 8-12 years relevant work experience; at least 5-10 years supervisory experienceIn-depth work background on RTR domain such as JE, MEC, FA, IC, Financial reporting, etc.Finance-related educationKnowledgeable on SAP, Blackline, and other related technologies
