Service Delivery Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring of service performance, availability, overall progress and use of resources and taking proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.SDM must liaise with team to assure the overall direction and integrity of the service.Generate regular reports on service performance and key metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.Skills and Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 3 years relevant and solid experience with IT Project Management and/or managing Video Conferencing Technologies and Services.Certification on Project Management and/or IT Service Management is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.Demonstrated ability to lead others in a technical environment.Proven accountability and demonstrates a high degree of ownership.Amenable to work onsite in Ortigas.Regular Dayshift, M-F.
