JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Develop optimization strategies that increase our websites search engine results rankings
? Manage the expenses of SEO campaigns, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and
reconciling differences
? Closely collaborate with project managers, creatives team, web development team, and
channels team to ensure SEO best practices are properly followed throughout the website
content
? Perform ongoing keyword research, discovery, and optimization for new relevant keywords
to use throughout the company website and marketing materials
? Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
? Monitor daily performance metrics with SEO tools such as Google Analytics to understand
SEO strategy performance
? Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around digital channels to increase the
visibility of managed websites
? Test, analyze, and change all managed websites so it is optimized for search engines, and
the website subsequently ranks higher in the search results on major search engines
? Execute tests, collect, and analyze data and results, and identify trends and insights in order
to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
? Perform page optimization across our websites to ensure search results are relevant and to
create a positive user experience, growing website traffic, lead volume, and brand
awareness
? Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
? Perform keyword research for each core product and ensure we are always targeting the
right keyword for each product. Optimize new product pages based on keyword research,
and internal linking.
? Produce ranking reports, competitor analysis, and identify SEO and content gap.
? Take ownership of the campaigns, provide feedback, working with the team on strategic
direction and recommendations to improve ROI.
? Conduct digital platform audits to ensure best practices are being used and provide
actionable insights and recommendations
? Monitor key online marketing metrics to track the success
? Create and maintain online listings across e-commerce platforms
? Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
? Ensure that the brand message is consistent
? Build, maintain and analyze weekly/monthly performance reporting to share with the team
? Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page
descriptions to improve website search results
? Perform other duties as assigned by management
