We are looking for SENIOR SYSTEM OPERATOR for the Infrastructure Information Communications Technology Department.
Job Summary: The Senior System Operator (SSO) will be engaged to provide continuous supervision and
monitoring of all LBF servers performing server management and maintenance as well as application system and database managements. The SSO will perform several important tasks including the supervision of the day-to-day operations of all computer and application systems in all primary and offsite locations; administration and maintenance of LBF servers, applications and databases; ensure quality and effectiveness of all system support services rendered; implement solutions and policies to effectively and efficiently operate all internal systems and servers; supervise the resolution of all internal systems and server related issues and concerns. The SSO will be deployed in LBF Headquarters conducting monitoring and supervision in all primary and offsite locations, responsible in the supervision of all system and application-related matters and reports directly to the System Administrator.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. Must be bachelor's degree holder in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology and other related field of study or equivalent combination of education.
2. Minimum 5 years hands on experience providing network support including experience in different networking device configurations, maintenance and troubleshooting computer networks and systems.
3. Minimum 2 years hands on experience supervising and leading teams of technical staff.
Basic and advance networking certifications are preferred but not required.
