Job Description In your new role you will: Lead & standardize BE wide production reporting & monitoring control system, and be the key interface to Production Line Control & Factory Integration/IT team Responsible of the BE wide intelligent shopfloor & control tower implementation under Industry 4.0 program, and be the key interface to shopfloor business owners & Factory Integration/IT team Orchestrate yearly target setting with all segments/sites globally for key production speed performance indicators like Cycle time (CT90), Flow Factor and Dispatch System Compliance Govern and sustain the backend-wide WIP Flow work methods.
Think ahead of today's use cases and ensure effective business process change for future manufacturing landscape and requirement Key interface to IT and business users in relation to Production management systems requirements, design and deployment Drive harvesting of productivity potential from 4M synchronization in OEE improvement and reducing line control effort Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Possess deep knowledge with more than 8 years experience in Industrial Engineering, Operational Research, WIP flow management and Production Management system Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, experience in OneSAP &Supply Chain Management Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Lean Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt or Lean Expert/ Lean Master, CPIM certified will be advantaged.
At least 3 years experiences in Cycle Time and Inventory Management.
SAP, Real Time Dispatching, MES application skillset will be advantaged.
