We are looking for a motivated Architecture Intern/ Fresh Graduate to join our team in SBFZ, Olongapo City. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in architectural design, research, and project support under the guidance and mentorship of experienced architects and engineers. A daily allowance of Php 400.00 will be provided to support your internship experience.Responsibilities:• Assist Architects and Engineers in all aspects of design-build projects, supporting both conceptual and detailed design stages.• Update and maintain CAD files (CADD/CAM) and ensure drawings are accurately reflected in line with project specifications.• Maintain and organize technical drawings, reports, and specifications to ensure consistency across project documentation.• Conduct research to support architectural design decisions, including materials, systems, and building codes.• Analyze design and construction issues, offering solutions and recommendations to improve project outcomes.• Collect data from ongoing projects and assist in the preparation of detailed reports and project documentation.• Perform general troubleshooting of design and construction systems, identifying potential issues and assisting in resolving them.• Participate in team discussions, contributing ideas and solutions to enhance design processes and project delivery.• Follow safety protocols and best practices in all architectural activities, ensuring safety standards are met in design and execution.Qualifications:• Currently pursuing a degree in Architecture or a related field.• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD; familiarity with other design software is a plus.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.• Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a collaborative team.• Willing to work on-site in SBFZ, Olongapo City.
