Analyze the data and drive improvements to prevent reoccurrence of same deviations.
Cascade the plan to SMT Facilitator to SMT teams.Responsible in ensuring the effectiveness on the SMT Systematics, Training & Communication that are implemented in shopfloor.Responsible in driving quality topics ( Man related Operative failures & FAR cases).
Provide Operative Failure & Clean Room Time data (including repeated violations) in weekly basis to MFG and cultivate discipline mindset among shop-floor personnel.Responsible for SMT program refinement, harmonize and roll out to shop-floor.
Develops systematic way to assess SMT performance, define gap, propose improvement plan and monitor the progress.
