Job Description Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code in alignment with project requirements and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps, to deliver solutions.Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.Perform unit testing, debugging, and integration testing to ensure code quality and reliability.Document software design and implementation details to facilitate ongoing maintenance and upgrades.Engage in peer code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of team development practices.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.Continuously explore and suggest new technologies or tools to enhance team productivity and code quality.The Successful Applicant 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in senior-level roles.Experience in the banking or fintech sector, working on secure, scalable applications.Proven experience in Agile and DevOps environments, contributing to continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.Certified Java Developer (or equivalent in other relevant programming languages like .NET, Python).Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) or equivalent.Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer).What's on Offer Excellent benefits, competitive compensation, and significant career growth opportunities.
