Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Representative to drive our HVAC business in the Philippine region. This role will focus on developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the HVAC industry and demonstrate a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and expand the general business of HVAC in the Philippine region.
2. Create detailed sales plans that outline strategies, tactics, required support, and timetables for achieving sales objectives, including revenue targets.
3. Analyze and evaluate existing service accounts for customer loyalty and growth potential, and implement a sales growth plan accordingly.
4. Conduct HVAC product presentations to clients to showcase solutions and benefits.
5. Attend and participate in technical meetings as needed by clients to address their concerns and requirements.
6. Conduct site visits for ongoing projects to ensure alignment with client expectations.
7. Design and propose HVAC solutions tailored to customer specifications.
8. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and coordinate ongoing communications.
9. Implement and uphold HVAC sales policies and procedures.
10. Support the development and execution of corporate marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and sales.
11. Supervise and monitor monthly sales achievements to ensure targets are met.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field or a related course.
2. 5+ years of sales experience, preferably within the HVAC industry.
3. Strong knowledge and experience in HVAC systems and solutions.
4. Familiarity with the local market is a significant advantage.
5. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
6. Proven ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to diverse groups.
7. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate individuals
