Senior Sales Manager

Nezda Technologies Inc. is currently looking for Senior Sales Manager who will be responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.

A Senior Sales Manager will coordinate with company executives and sales & marketing professionals to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins. Qualifications:
? Have experience in Sales field for 5 years.
? Have experience in handling a team (consists of minimum 3 people) is highly preferred.
? Been in an HR INDUSTRY company/environment.
? Preferably residing within Metro Manila.
? Willing to work onsite in Makati City (tools are provided by the company).

Job Description:
Often the first point of contact a new potential client will have with your company when they are seeking information about what you offer.
Function as a change advocate, ready to strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth.
Establish parameters and efficiency KPIs to gauge the overall effectiveness and impact on P&L of each business area.
Support and lead innovation ideas.
