Position: B2B Sales Manager

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• With at least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, channel development, or product marketing,
• Knowledgeable in consumer and market insights, as well as sales forecasting and reporting
• With understanding of sales processes and techniques, with the ability to drive results in competitive markets
• Amenable to attend Face to face
• Can work as soon as possible is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
• Include conducting market research, managing client relationships, and overseeing project workflows to ensure alignment with client needs
• Requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with organizational objectives, while also monitoring and optimizing the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and maximize profitability across all products and markets.
• Establish annual sales targets and revenue plans through detailed data analysis and market insights.
• Monitor sales performance and profitability metrics, preparing regular reports on product line status, marketing opportunities, and competitive analyses to guide business strategies.
