The Role You will be responsible for: Writing well-designed, testable, and efficient code.Gathering and evaluating user feedback.Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.Designing, maintaining, and supporting the network infrastructure.Monitoring system performance and ensuring reliability and availability.Recommending infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements in compliance with IT policy & procedure.Providing Level 2 support and troubleshooting as and when required.Participating in release and sprint planning sessions.Ideal Profile Requirements Skills Required: Core Skills: Proficient in Java and JavaScriptExperienced with Restful Web services (Spring)Knowledgeable in test frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, and MochaFamiliarity with CI/CD tools: GitHub/BitBucket, Gradle, Maven, JenkinsCompetent in cloud platforms, particularly AWSSecondary Skills: Expertise in PostgreSQLSkilled in performance monitoring tools like Splunk and DynatraceExperience with test automation tools: Rest Assured, Insomnia, Cypress, WireMockPractical knowledge of Docker and OpenshiftNice to Have: Experience with TypeScriptAwareness of EKS (AWS) and performance testing tools like JMeterFamiliarity with Mule, Kong, and emerging technologies in our target state architectureTarget State Technologies: PlaywrightPostgreSQLYou possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.You have at least 6 years experience, ideally within a QA Automation Engineer or Software Engineer role.You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience.Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What's on Offer?
