• B.S. Engineering (preferred Mechanical / Civil)
• With Professional License (Passed Board/ Bar/ Professional License Exam).
• experience in MEPFS.
• Experience in construction supervision
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)
• Knowledgeable in computer-aided design (AutoCAD)
• Time management.
• Critical thinking.
• Good interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
• Good judgement and analytical skills for evaluation of issues and make proper correction.
• Project management skills
