Senior Program Manager

Planning the overall program, monitoring the progress, and managing the budget, ensuring progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is requiredAct as the primary liaison between IT, business units, executive management, and external vendors. Ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and build strong relationshipsIdentify and monitor risks and issues risks associated with the program and taking corrective measures including working with teams to develop solution optionsProvide comprehensive reports on program progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and other key stakeholders as well as to governance forumsFacilitate training and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of program by all users
Qualification

15+ years of relevant experienceExperience in delivering large scale Core banking for Secured and Unsecured Loans for Retail and Commercial bankingExperience in Philippines market and with Transact implementations in similar roles a plusStrong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with project management methodologies and software
