The Sr. Paraplanner will provide day to day support in the capacity of a Senior Paraplanning, with the view to support the Financial Planner and team members of AJ Financial Planning Pty Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities: Review and Analysis – Xplan and Adviser Logic Review the basic financial modeling that has been prepared in XPLAN and Adviser Logic and then update and model the financial simulationsSOA's Prepare Statements of Advice (SOA) and Record of Advice (ROA) documents.Administration Tasks Assist with ongoing administration tasks as directed by workflow. The firm works on billable hours to clients, so you will need to complete timesheets for time spent working on clients' accounts for each function that you perform during the day. * Please note that the position description is a general guide to the position the team members hold and may change from time to time. Must-have Skills / Qualification: Diploma degree or higher in financial planning or paraplanner and a bachelor's degree in mathematics, Engineering, Accounting, or similar. Skills/Knowledge High degree of attention to detail Excellent time management Highly organized and process driven Strong written and verbal English. The ability to speak, read, and write Bisaya Advantageous Preferably from finance services or wealth management industry Personal Attributes/Behavioural Competencies Ability to liaise with all stakeholders across all levels of the organization in a professional manner Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with people across all levels within the team and the company Autonomous and focused in the delivery of allocated duties.
