Senior Paid Ads Specialist (Au Construction, Office-Based)

Salary: P140,000 to P160,000 (Monthly Package)  Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 05:00 PM AEST) What are we looking for?  Skills Required:
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid media lead generation with proven results on Google Ads and Meta Ads Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications preferred Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads and meeting lead generation KPIs Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) and Meta Ads Strong understanding of platform tools, analytics, and tracking capabilities (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) Experience with conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and CRM integration Ability to craft compelling ad copy and design direction Proficiency in keyword research, bid strategy, audience segmentation, and A/B testing Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Strong understanding of the digital marketing funnel and customer journey Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting Ability to adapt to changing platform algorithms and market conditions Nice to Have: 
AU Experience What will you do?  Campaign Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute lead generation strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) platforms. Conduct detailed audience analysis, market research, and competitive analysis to inform campaign targeting and messaging.  Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaign strategies with business goals and lead quality requirements.  Campaign Management and Optimization:  Create and manage lead generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube) and Meta Ads, ensuring campaigns align with best practices and brand guidelines.  Monitor and optimize campaigns for performance metrics including cost-per-lead (CPL), conversion rate, and lead quality.  Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to continuously refine and improve results.  Keyword and Audience Targeting: Conduct keyword research and manage keyword selection and bidding strategies for Google Ads.  Build detailed audience segments for Meta Ads, leveraging interests, behaviors, and custom audiences to enhance targeting precision.  Ad Creative and Landing Page Coordination: Collaborate with designers and content teams to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences and enhance conversion potential.  Work closely with the web team to develop and optimize landing pages, ensuring seamless user experience and high conversion rates.  Data Analysis and Reporting:  Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, providing weekly and monthly reports on KPIs such as click-through rates, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and return on ad spend (ROAS).  Utilize data to gain insights into campaign effectiveness, audience behavior, and lead quality, adjusting strategies as necessary. Present campaign results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, communicating complex data in a clear and actionable manner.  Budget Management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, tracking spend to ensure efficient allocation of resources.  Make budget adjustments based on performance metrics and changing business priorities, focusing on maximizing ROI.  Innovation and Continuous Improvement:  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices for Google Ads and Meta Ads.  Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and emerging technologies to continuously improve lead generation efforts.  Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies for enhancing the company's overall paid media approach.  Join the awesome team and enjoy these benefits & perks: Medical, Dental Coverage and Life insurance from day 1 of employment Paid Vacation and Sick Leave (with Quarterly Sick Leave Conversion) Competitive salary package and annual appraisal Financial Assistance Program Mandatory Government Benefits and 13th Month Pay Complimentary Sleeping Quarters, Coffee at no cost Complimentary Office Fitness and Wellness Facilities at no cost Regular Company Events, Work Life Balance, and Career growth opportunities Accessible location at the heart of Metro Manila --- the Mega Tower, EDSA JOIN CONNECTOS NOW!
