Job ResponsibilitiesPerform various activities to ensure appropriate application of relevant accounting standards i.e. Ind AS.Ensure compliance to the requirements of the applicable financial reporting and regulatory framework i.e. (Ind AS and Companies Act) are adhered to by setting out appropriate guidance to the relevant stakeholders.Preparation of quarterly standalone/consolidated financial statement, financial result and other financial report for reporting under Companies Act, SEBI regulation.Perform monthly routine ledger scrutiny and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for ensuring accuracy in accounting and reporting.Collaborate with stakeholders in group companies and consolidate Group's financials, reconciliation of contra transactions in preparation of consolidated financial statement.Detailed contract and agreement analysis for accounting and reporting requirements from an IND AS perspective.Perform analytical reviews with appropriate reasoning for quarterly and annual financial statements.Ensure accounting controls w.r.t the applicable financial reporting and regulatory framework (i.e. Ind AS and Companies Act) are reviewed/defined into the Oracle system wherever required.Work on various filing under SEBI regulations, FEMA regulations and Companies Act.Collaborate with concerned teams and provide the relevant information/reports for board presentations, cost audit, tax & GST audit/assessments.Perform the task in ERP system monitoring w.r.t to chart of accounts at company and group level.Coordinate and support statutory and internal auditors with relevant requirements like supporting documentation, data retrieval, journal walk through, and other audit requirements under the supervision of the Manager.Collaborating with internal team members and tracking and ensuring adherence to timelines for the quarterly and annual closure activities as set out by management.Assist the Finance team on various initiatives, projects or systems implementations.
