Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
Pass the Licensure exam: Financial Advisors are licensed professionals, you are expected to undergo training and pass 2 licensure exams from the Insurance Commission of the Philippines.
Financial Consultation: Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' unique needs, goals, and aspirations.
Tailored Solutions: Develop personalized financial strategies that align with clients' objectives, incorporating Sun Life's extensive product and service offerings.
Client Relationship Management: Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing ongoing support, regular reviews, and proactive communication.
Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of financial market trends, product updates, and industry regulations to ensure informed and effective advice.
Networking: Actively engage in networking activities to expand your client base and enhance your professional presence in the community.
Qualifications:

Licensed Financial Advisor: Hold necessary licenses and certifications to provide financial advice (Life License Qualification Program, Mutual Fund License, etc.).
Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to understanding and addressing clients' financial needs.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in an accessible manner.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close sales.
Ethical Conduct: Uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all client interactions.
