Senior Manager to AVP of Mine Maintenance

Qualifications:
Registered or Licensed Professional
10 years and up experience in the same field.

Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve Maintenance Division goals aligned with MOP objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety rules by employees and contractors.
- Identify and plan for critical contingencies affecting Mine Maintenance in the next 5-10 years.
- Manage and optimize Maintenance Division expenses.
- Uphold Carmen Copper standards and best practices.
- Monitor division performance using key indicators.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in maintenance operations.
- Share local best practices and challenges with the Maintenance community.
- Support production, quality, environmental, and reliability goals.
- Contribute to the integration of new equipment and installations.
- Optimize spare parts inventory with other departments.
- Review and approve work orders for major repairs.
- Develop potential successors and support their growth.

Salary: 150k
