Senior Graphic Designer

START DATE: JULY 1, 2024 Location: Cebu City Work Set-up: Hybrid (2x onsite per week) Shift: Night Shift/ Mid-ShiftJob DescriptionManages the design and production of graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices. Oversees the creation and execution of design solutions including imagery, charts, info graphics, and multimedia elements used for marketing, advertising, sales and other forms of communication. Consults with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize, scope and develop project deliverables and timelines. Ensure designers have the tools and skills required to produce unique, high impact materials. Duties and Responsibilities - Manages subordinate staff in the day to day performance of their jobs. - Ensures that project/ department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. - Has full authority for personnel - Experienced using a variety of design, editing tools and software such as Adobe - Knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design and production management Experience - Typically requires 5-7 years of related experience - 2 years supervisory experience - Typically requires a bachelor's degree Computer/ Technical: - Proficient in Office 365 - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - Demonstrate ability to learn and understand basic office software applications - Image Editing, Motion Graphic Design, Layout Design, Graphic Design
