Job Summary: The Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting our client's Marketing Department by assisting in the planning and production of content and campaigns. The Marketing Associate will work closely with our client's Director of Marketing to execute marketing initiatives that promote and elevate the brand.
Responsibilities: Plan content across marketing channels, including content topic mapping and scheduling for social media, email marketing, and blogs. Assist in production of marketing assets such as one-pagers, slide decks, and blog posts. Assist in paid media campaign development, ad creative planning, and writing landing page copy. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Assist in organizing, planning, and promoting marketing events. Report on Marketing results and metrics across channels and campaigns. Handle administrative tasks for the Marketing Department such as updating MarTech workflows and data entry. Requirements: At least 1 year of digital marketing experience in an office environment (or professional remote work setting) Experience with successfully handling multiple projects with varied timelines Familiarity with additional MarTech including email marketing tools, WordPress, ad managers (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook), or design software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva) Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Willingness to think creatively, learn new technologies, and problem solve Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Google Docs, Sheets, Slides) Work setup: Onsite
Work schedule: Night shift (US business hours)
