Senior Fuel Analyst

Qualifications: Male/Female A College graduate of any 4 year college course related to Business Management/Administration/Accounting/Finance at least 3 years experience working in the field with the same industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Possess strong interpersonal skills Be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally Good presentation skills Able to read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner and skillfully gather and analyze information Organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work quality Adept at problem solving including being able to identify issues and resolve it in a timely manner Dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction and must be able to improve performance through management feedback Physically and mentally fit With good moral character Honest and trustworthy. Can work with less supervision Flexible and willing to work overtime when needed Duties and Responsibilities: Attends toolbox meeting Reads and responds to e-mails and messages (Outlook, Teams and/or Viber) Receives fuel issuance slip (FIS) from Equipment Associate for encoding of equipment odometer reading to excel file and forward to Corporate Logistics, Repair and Maintenance Head for review; Prepares report and analysis of daily fuel consumption per unit and sends to Corporate Logistics Head Files Fuel Consumption Slip & backhoe Loading Receipts to its designated folders; Checks and balance the Main Depot Tanker, Refueling Tanker – Site, Tanker for Delivery, and Crusher Tanker and submits fuel tank summary report to Corporate Purchasing Head, cc: Corporate Logistics Head; Computes Dump Truck Fuel Consumption and prepares Summary report (Graphical Chart) and send to CEO/President and Asphalt Plant Manager for drivers incentive Conducts fuel inventory to all locations with fuel tender and Audit department; Sends Fuel Consumption Summary Report (Graphical Chart) of Fuel Consumption to CEO/President Job Type: Full-time
