As a Senior Finance Analyst, Planning and Budgeting, you will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting and analysis of Scrap and Yield data on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Key responsibilities include reporting and analyzing Scrap and LGI reserves, as well as identifying improvements in cost planning processes. The role also includes assisting in the preparation and analysis of manufacturing cost reports (both actual and forecast) and providing support for ad hoc analyses related to yield, variances, and business cases as required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsible for the weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts, actuals, and analysis of Scrap and Yield dataResponsible for the report and analysis of Scrap and LGI reserveProvide improvements for cost planning processesAssists in the preparation and analysis of reports related to manufacturing cost (actual and forecast)Assists in ad-hoc analysis and reports related to yield, variances and business cases as needed.Education and Work Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field of study.3 to 6 years of professional experience in Financial Planning, Cost Analysis, Forecasting, and Budgeting.Industry exposure in Manufacturing setup is highly preferred.System & Application Requirements: Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud or SAP.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel.Skills & Competency Requirements: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.Other Requirements: Open to employment opportunities in Binan City, Laguna, CALABARZON, Philippines.Open to a temporary hybrid work arrangement.Open to a dayshift work schedule.Western Digital thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
