In your new role you will: Execution of reliability stress tests up to A7.1 forpackage/technology development projects based on pre-defined stress-test plans and criteria, coordinate necessary analytical work and document results for assessment in A-Project Team.
Engagement in development of FMEA and Reliability Assessment Plan(RAP), identification/assessment of all risks related to packagereliability with respect to stress test requirements to achieve 1st PassQualification.
Separate Q006 qualification shall be applied for Cuwires.
Deliver package platform specific reliability knowledge on relevantfailure modes, dependencies from material, design and process to providecomprehensive result assessment supported by analytic results in RAR.
Consultation on stress/IPI results of qualification, CARs and BEsegments on all reliability issues.
Independently consult additionalreliability experts on failure mode, e.g.
FE/BE interaction, 2nd level Reliability.
Ability to evaluate and/or develop new tools/methods to improveresults or solve complex/new problems and able to support Autobahn,Mission and Q006 projects.
To meet major 5 KPIs set in MAL RQ (A7,1 & A9 Cycle Time ratio,Quality of Delivery, Mission projects Referencing, Zero FAR (packagequalification related) You are best equipped for this task if you have: A Bachelor degree from Electrical/Electronics/Physics/Material/ with minimum 5 years of working experience.
Preferably with related semiconductor industry.
Technical & Functional Competencies: ? Analytical and problem solving skills.
? Good aptitude in engineering analysis, problem solving and solution seeking ? Experience in full reliability assessment flow ? Experience in general and specific reliability stress requirements ? Able to discuss and conclude the root cause from failure mechanism ? Knowledge in assembly and interconnect technology of electronic devices ? FMEA contribution from past experience of customer complaints and yield analysis ?
