PRIMARY FUNCTION: B.S. in Engineering, preferably ECE, Chemical, Manufacturing, Electrical and Mechanical degreeAt least with 2yrs CQE or related working experience in Electronics/SemiconKnowledgeable in FPC manufacturing process is an advantageCan lead customer audits, internal audits and related quality management audits.Can effectively handle customer complaints with good analytical and critical thinking skills.Capable in conducting, leading and generating: 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, Integrating Customer Specs to Internal Specs.Able to demonstrate the use of statistical and analytical tools.With excellent communication skills.Excellent in MS office applicationKnowledgeable in Minitab/SAS-JMP applicationKnowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements, PPAP, APQP is an advantageProject Management experience is an advantageAmenable to work on a shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.
