In your new role you will: As system owner and technical expert in Electrical & Control system(HT,LT, FMCS) to support the business operation and business growth.
Responsible for infrastructure capacity planning, define technical specification and upgrading strategy to ensure timely investment to support site core business Responsible to establish investment proposal, develop technical specification, and project implementation which align with the departmental and company requirement.
Ensure the infrastructure system meeting business needs and local statutory requirement.
Define maintenance strategy to ensure supply stability, resilient and cost effectiveness.
Define overall roadmap for system upgrading towards legal compliance, stability, resilient, energy efficiency and cost effectiveness.
You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical) or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field.
Minimum 5-7 years experience in facility management Knowledge on electrical HT, LT, FMCS and Fire Protection system operation & maintenance concept & requirement for semiconductor manufacturing plant.
Knowledge on system design standards, codes and specifications, permitting processes and requirements.
Experience with computerized maintenance management system(CMMS) especially SAP software.
Infrastructure system Acceptance & Testing Knowledge (testing & commissioning, buy-off, change management, etc.).
8D methodology mind-set which cover all root cause analysis tools, 7 QC tools and also Decision Making.
