Providing good customer service and attending to customers' needs Taking and serving customers their orders Dealing with customer feedback with a positive attitude Regular Sanitation Lending a hand to different store areas whenever it is needed Physical work includes standing for long periods, reaching counter tops/high storage shelves, can be exposed to heavy smoke and steam, and lifting heavy restaurant equipment/ingredients JOB QUALIFICATIONS At least a High School graduate Has a customer-oriented approach
