\n What You'll Do:You will lead an 18-million Euro business in warehousing operations across 10+ markets in Asia Pacific (Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Philippines, Singapore, and India).You will create and execute warehousing, fulfillment, and reverse logistics strategies for the region.You will mentor and lead high-performance teams in the Manila and remote offices while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.You will own logistics costs in the P&L and identify cost savings initiatives and implement these without compromising KPI and service quality,You will actively pursue innovative solutions in maintaining high quality customer experience in last mile and reverse logistics.You will co-lead RFQ topics with Operations Managers to ensure we have the right partners in the region.You will identify systems requirements of markets within the scope of warehousing, last mile, and reverse logistics and communicate these to project managers and tech teams. Who we are looking for:You have a university degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or a related subject. Master's degree is a plusYou have at least 8 years of experience in warehousing, fulfillment operations, systems implementation, and contract management, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. You are customer-oriented, have effective communication skills and good Stakeholder Management. You have a proven track record of developing and managing high performance teams.You are a self-starter, have a quick grasp and an analytical approach to tasks and problems. You are conceptually strong and have a can-do-mentality. You have an independent and structured way of working and think process oriented. You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
