Main Purpose of Job Set strategic direction for the business segment to ensure achievement of Business Unit ambition and commitment to Regional Business. Develop Category & Channel plans focusing on key priorities and initiatives to deliver topline & bottomline growth, has full P&L responsibility of the segment.Manage the overall portfolio and drive relevant Innovation & Renovation (I&R), not just on product but including machines and business modelling, based on strong local channel, customer, consumer and competitive insights.Win with Customers and constant engagement with key customers, works closley with sales to define and enforce pricing strategies & marketing support. Develop Category & Channel strategy aligned with the Business Unit and translate into actionable and effective plans to deliver topline & bottomline growth. Manage P&L and drives efficient utilization of investments and optimization of Trade Asset Related Expense (TARE)Understands complex key customer insights to consistently improve the overall porfolio. Drive relevant I&R (products, machines & business models / Route-To-Market) and ensure strong I&R pipeline.Drive deployment of machines and ensure quality placement as well as efficient utilization of CAPEX.Equip Sales with Total Solution portfolio to ensure targeted distribution in key relevant channels. Ensure availability of relevant products, machines & services.Drive constant collaboration with Sales to define and enforce pricing strategies & marketing support and continuous engagement with customers. Ensures all necessary cross-functional support are managed to implement category plans and execution of business planning processes.Ensure effective execution of brand communications and programs for relevant channels to drive brand visibility, awareness and increase consumption. Work closely with Local Brand Board to implement One Brand Plan.Regular engagement with Regional counterparts & other markets for strategic discussions & directions and best practice sharing.Manage external stakeholders (Key Customers, KOLs/Industry Experts/Baristas, suppliers/agencies, technical service providers) to foster strong partnership and collaboration.
