ZigZag is looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team! What you'll do: Bookkeeping and accounts administration for multiple entitiesExecute daily bank reconciliations in Xero with precision.Handle weekly payroll processing, including superannuation contributions, in compliance with regulations.Timely preparation and submission of Payroll Tax reports.Accurately prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS).Efficiently manage creditors using HubDoc, optimising the accounts payable process.Uploading batch payments as required
 What you'll need:
With experience in Australian Bookkeeping and Weekly Payroll Processing including SuperannuationExperience with computerized ledger systems – preferably Xero and MYOBWith experience in Business Activity Statements (BAS).Advanced knowledge of ExcelStrong problem solving and analytical skillsPrevious experience in an accounting firm would be greatly beneficialAbility to pick up processes quicklyOthers: This role is open for Work From Home Set Up and will work with our Australian Client
