Being member of Human Resources team, the Senior Associate will be working with key collaborators , vendors and partners to deliver operational excellence in benefits, timekeeping, retirement, occupational health and wellbeing areas. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible to remediate and mitigate more complex situations. You have a significant role in HR innovation through continuous improvement, optimization, and automation to elevate HR operations and enhance employee experience.
This is an exempt, senior role and a level before the Associate Director. Your Primary Responsibilities :
Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally to deliver high quality HR programs and services. Lead the daily operations optimally and efficiently with minimal supervision. Plan, prioritize and lead specific projects from inception to implementation. Identify and implement solutions for process improvement and optimization that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services and operations. Lead compliance with all applicable policies, laws, and regulations. Create and implement automation of HR processes to improve accuracy, increase efficiency and enhance employee experience. Create and deliver strategic and effective HR communication. Participate in market reviews, identify emerging trends, and advocate standard processes to remain competitive. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards. Remediate and mitigate complex critical issues and provide excellent customer support. Actively give to the team goals, tasks, and projects Lead vendor management and create effective solutions to mitigate compliance risk. Maintain learning agility approach to continuously enhance skills, knowledge, and job performance. Open for opportunities to give beyond designated responsibilities. **NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above. ** Additional Qualifications: Has passion for excellence and compassion for people Minimum of 8 years of dynamic and related experience in HR Operations, project management and automation Sophisticated knowledge and resourceful in HR systems and tools, Microsoft Office tools (such as 365, Power Automate, MS Forms), Oracle, Knime Advanced knowledge in benefits administration. Project Management - with proven track record in successfully leading and managing projects. Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Law, HR Policies, market standard processes. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Excellent analytical, creative problem solving, and sound informed decision-making skills. Excellent documentation and presentation skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams. Has ability to learn and adapt fast. Has strong discipline, integrity and able to act ethically with an even temperament.
