Connect Energy partners with one of the leading development professionals in the APAC region providing a wide spectrum of architectural and engineering design services in the building and infrastructure industry. They are looking for a Senior Architect in the Healthcare industry to join their team in Vietnam.
ResponsibilitiesParticipate in development design concept through implementation into subsequent production and implementation stages.Assist in creating presentation materials for all phases of projects, including graphics, 3D modeling, renderings, and technical details to meet desirable goals and client expectations.Communicate closely with the planning leadership to implement the team vision while working independently on a day-to-day basis.Manage both internal and external communication and correspondence.May involve some traveling domestically and overseas.Collaborate with other design disciplines within Vietnam and overseas office studios when needed.Strategic understanding of global design trends and issues.Assist in project coordination of large-scale multi-faceted projects as required, collaborating with numerous teams in multiple locations.Establish and maintain regular meetings with client representatives to agree on priorities, establish work programs, and report progress.Work under own initiative and direction, as part of the Arch team and whole multi-skilled organization including architects, infrastructural planning, local consultants, local government, and developers.Work with the wider planning team to ensure policies and guidance are followed.Able to adapt and be flexible in the working environment.RequirementsDegree / Master in Architecture.Experience in international projects.Experience in local approval processes and requirements.Excellent proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, strong graphic presentation skills, and Adobe Suite.3D modeling and visualization.Strong creative skills to create engaging presentation materials through storytelling.Up-to-date understanding of global architectural design trends and issues.Strong soft skills and organizational skills.Strong graphic presentation skills.Ability to perform in a multi-discipline team environment.Good in English spoken and written.Minimum 10 years relevant experience.WILLING TO WORK IN VIETNAM ON LONG TERM BASIS
