Senior Architect

The Senior Architect shall be in charge of the entire PDC (Planning, Design, & Construction) Department of the company. They will lead the charge all throughout the construction process - taking lead of a team of construction professionals and guiding them until the closing out of each project. This role shall also be providing progress and financial reports to the management - ensuring that the right needs are provided at the right time.
Requirements:
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.Experience Level: Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in the architecture industry.Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Design Manager, Construction Management, and familiarity with relevant software. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (CAD).Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project design and development, manage construction documents, coordinate with contractors, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage project timelines and budgets.Working Conditions: Office setting with regular site visits. Must be willing to travel and work extra hours to meet project deadlines.Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, creativity, precision, good communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
