Senior Accounting Manager

1. What will be your role Senior Accounting Manager will report and work closely with the President & VP and others in the organization in analysis and reconciliation of accounts and in development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures and controls;Prepares Financial Statement and manages the monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, account balances, reconciliations and report preparation;Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting system and procedures including the review and implementation of process and system changes (ERP software to SAP or NETSUITE);Work with Audit, Tax (3rd party/Accounting Mgr.) and Treasury Supervisor to ensure overall coordination of all financial accounting activities through a report (annual report).2. What you bring to the table Must be a Certified Public Accountant with 5 years professional experience.Process Improvements.Accuracy and Timeliness.3. Must haves The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities (able to manage complex accounting structure), solid operational and technical accounting background and works proactively to drive results.High level of integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.Team player.Attention to details, Analysis and collaboration.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP and SAP.Head Office is located at Cleanfuel Marcos Highway, Brgy. Dela Paz, Pasig City (near Robinsons Metro East and LRT 2 Marikina-Pasig Station).
